Online has many advantages that enhance education. But its essential drawback is lack of face-to-face interaction. It leads to several problems in distance education, that educational facilities have to address.
The problems of distance education we focus on:
Lack of control during online training and testing
Lack of control may lead to fake learning and manipulation during test-taking. It may result in low value of emitted diplomas and loss of reputation (in academic education), and compliance risks and big penalties (in corporate education)

Regular LMS (Learning Management System) provides teacher/trainer with only dry statistical data, such as how many students were enrolled, number of opened/ closed lessons, how many of them passed exams. We know nothing about how a particular person learns, how much effort he/she contributes, and how it influences test results. Without this information no personalization of education program is possible

Educational facilities don't have insightful information regarding online learning experience of the pool of students. For example, which part of the materials was learnt deeply and which was just skimmed or skipped.
